Stronger Youth Brands is a growing, global company providing youth enrichment experiences that are designed to help children learn and grow, while also leaving a life-long, positive impact on not only the children we serve but also their families.

 Launched in January 2022 with backing from Susquehanna Growth Equity, Stronger Youth Brands is actively pursuing partnerships with complementary youth enrichment franchisors who are focused on providing sports, music, S.T.E.M., tutoring, arts, cooking, or other youth enrichment categories, and who align with our vision.

At Stronger Youth Brands, we focus on teaching the “FUNdamentals”. This is a key concept that sets all Stronger Youth Brands apart. It represents our commitment to teaching young children foundational skills in a way that is both engaging and enjoyable. Through FUNdamentals, we focus on building core abilities while ensuring the learning process is playful and exciting. This approach helps children develop essential skills in a fun, interactive environment, setting a strong foundation for their growth and success.

Leadership Team

Justin Bredeman, CEO

Justin is CEO of Stronger Youth Brands. Earlier in his career, Justin served in various roles at Auntie Anne’s, Inc. where he learned the ins and outs of franchising. Since 2009 he has been a co-owner of Soccer Shots Franchising, along with founders Jason Webb and Jeremy Sorzano, the three met as teammates playing collegiate soccer. 

Justin resides in Lancaster, PA with Sally, his wife of 26 years and they have three children. During his non-working hours Justin enjoys watching his sons play soccer, visiting his two oldest at college, attempting to play golf and advancing his novice pitmaster skills.

Kevin Stumpf, President

Kevin is President of Stronger Youth Brands. Prior to joining SYB, he worked over 20 years at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts where he held various operational and finance leadership roles. He joined Soccer Shots Franchising in 2019 has CFO and was promoted to President in 2021. 

Kevin resides in Hershey, PA and has four daughters and two sons-in-law: Abby wife of Brandon Stine, Caitlyn wife of Jake Geesaman, Morgan, and Ellyse. He enjoys visiting his daughters at Penn State, all four daughters graduated from or are attending PSU, and going to PSU football games, going to concerts, golfing, and playing pickle ball.

Jason Webb, Founder
Vice President, Strategic Partnerships

Jason is Vice President, Strategic Partnerships at Stronger Youth Brands and co-founder of Soccer Shots Franchising. Before that, he played professional soccer in the United States and coached soccer at club, high school, and university levels.

Jason resides in Hershey, PA with his wife Mandy, and their four children. He continues to coach club soccer.

Megan Bruton,
Vice President, Marketing/ Communications

Megan is the Vice President of Marketing and Communications for Stronger Youth Brands. She brings over twenty years of marketing and franchise experience with brands like Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, Insomnia Cookies, and Planet Fitness. Megan joined Soccer Shots in 2022 and now leads both our Soccer Shots and Little Kickers' marketing efforts. Megan is a Texas ex-pat who resides in Downingtown, PA where she and her husband own a restaurant with a heavily influenced Texas menu. They have three children and together enjoy hiking, cooking, and entertaining.

Rhonan Bland,
Vice President,
Franchise Operations

Rhonan is Vice President, Franchise Operations at Stronger Youth Brands, where he oversees the Franchise Support, Curriculum & Training, and Events departments. Rhonan first joined the Little Kickers team in 2016 and has been a key player in shaping the growth and success of the brand. Rhonan brings with him to SYB, a strong background in sports management and programming, as well as experience with professional sporting organizations, where he contributed to the athletic and analytics teams. 

Rhonan is an Australian ex-pat who resides in Toronto, ON with his wife Christie. In his spare time Rhonan enjoys traveling, cooking, trivia and playing amateur Aussie Rules football.

Camilo Beltran,
Vice President, Company-Owned Operations

Camilo is the Vice President, Company-Owned Operations for Stronger Youth Brands. Prior to joining SYB, he worked in finance and marketing where he acquired valuable skills that translated into entrepreneurship, franchising and operations. He joined Soccer Shots in 2012.

Camilo resides in Rockville, MD with his wife Natalia, and their two children. In his spare time, Camilo enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, grilling, playing soccer and taking a shift or two at the Family’s French Bakery shop.

Matt Crist,
Senior Director, Franchise Development

As Senior Director of Franchise Development at Stronger Youth Brands, Matt spearheads the territory unit expansion and recruitment efforts across the system. Matt has been with Soccer Shots since 2015 and brings a wealth of experience and expertise crucial to propelling the growth and success of our franchise network.

Matt resides in Downingtown, PA with his wife, Nicole, and their four children. When he's not coaching club soccer, you'll find him enthusiastically engaged in various competitive activities; desperately trying to remain a fit dad.
